Nkoaranga Orphanage
Samba Treks has partnered with The Small Things, a non-profit organization which provides comprehensive assistance for orphaned and/or vulnerable children in three different programs: Nkoaranga Orphanage, Children’s Village (for children ages 5 and older) and community outreach, which aims to keep children in biological families and reunite them whenever possible.
Our climbers will have the opportunity to help these sweet children by volunteering (for a minimum of four weeks) in Nkoaranga Orphanage, bringing much needed supplies, and/or making a life-long impact by donating money or becoming a sponsor. If you are interested in volunteering your time in the orphanage before or after your Kilimanjaro climb, contact us and we will make the arrangements for you.
